CoA Trip Policy

Reservations for day trips sponsored by the COA are made with a $50 deposit. Confidential exceptions to this will be made at the discretion of the Outreach Coordinator and Director.

Full refunds will be made:
If there is a waiting list and the seat can be filled
If no monies have been paid to the vendors
If the trip is cancelled by the COA
There are no partial refunds

Participants will board the coach in order of registration with the exception of health consideration. The COA Director will make the determination to board someone out of order. Once boarded participants may choose any open seat and may also save a seat for a traveling companion.

Reservations may be available to Groton residents first and opened to non-residents two weeks after the designated resident registration opening.
