Where is The Groton Center located and what is the phone number?
The Groton Center is located at 163 West Main Street, Groton MA 01450. The phone number is 978-448-1170.
When is The Groton Center open?
The Groton Center is open on Mondays through Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
How do I arrange for transportation?
Please call the COA Van Line at 978-448-1141 and leave a message with your name, phone number, time of appointment, location of pick-up and drop-off, and if you will be transported by a wheelchair. A staff member will return your call by the end of the workday. Reservations are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Transportation services are available for Groton residents only. What types of services are available for Groton seniors?
The Outreach Coordinator serves as a resource for all Groton residents, family members, and caregivers, and provides information and referrals for services and local programs that promote independence for seniors and offer support when needed. Learn more about the resources available here

How do I sign up for programs?
To become a member, please visit The Groton Center to pick up a COA keytag. Once you have the keytag, you will be able to register for programs online, over the phone, or in person at The Groton Center. Click here for membership form.
Do you offer a meal program?
Yes! Homebound seniors aged 60 and up are eligible for Meals on Wheels through the Montachusett Opportunity Council. To inquire about Meals on Wheels or to sign up, please contact MOC directly at 978-345-8501 ext. 2. Meals are delivered Monday through Friday in Groton, thanks to The Groton Center’s dedicated volunteers. We also frequently offer events that include breakfast and/or lunch. Do you need volunteers?
